Setting Up Call Forward – Extension Predefined via PC-DBA (continued)

Specify the forwarding destination for a Busy Destination Condition:

From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 on page 425):

4) Enter 01-XXX-30 (where XXX is the extension: 101~204).

5) Press save to display the Busy Destination screen for the extension you specified.

6) Press chg to enter the extension number where you want to forward busy calls from this extension.

• The default is none.

7) Press save.

8) Press next to display the No Ans screen.

HINT

Set the Busy Destination option for other extensions (as needed) using the steps

above.

Press the Hold button to return to the previous menu level.

Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.

Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).

Specifying the forwarding destination for a No Answer Condition:

From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 on page 425):

4) Enter 01-XXX-31 (where XXX represents the extension: 101~204).

5) Press save to display the No Ans Destination field for the extension you specified.

6) Press chg to enter the extension number where you want to forward unanswered calls from this

extension.

• The default is none.

7) Press save.

HINT

Set the No Ans option for other extensions (as needed) using the steps above.

Press the Hold button to return to the previous menu level.

Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.

Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
