Set the Call Handling Digits via the DET (continued)

Programming the VM Table – Prefix Table – Direct FWD:

From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 on page 370):

4) Enter 06-02-0X-02-05 (where X is the Tenant Group: 1~3).

5) Press save to display the Direct FWD screen.

6) Press chg.

7) Enter the prefix numbers you want the system to use to identify a call as immediately from this mailbox

owner.

8) Press save to store the setting.

9) Press next to continue programming the Prefix Table - CO Greeting (now go to step 6 in the next section).

Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.

Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).

Programming VM Table – Prefix Table – CO Greeting:

From the DB Item Select screen (see steps 1 through 3 on page 370):

4) Enter 06-02-0X-02-06 (where X is the Tenant Group: 1~3).

5) Press save to display the CO Greeting screen.

6) Press chg.

7) Enter the prefix numbers you want the system to use to identify a call as a specific CO line.

8) Press save to store the settings.

9) Press next to continue programming the Prefix Table - CO Recall (now go to step 6 in the next section).

Press the volume UP button to return to the DB Item Selection screen.

Exit programming (see “Exiting Database Administration” on page 27).
